Pastor Caleb and his family moved to Hudson, FL to plant Pasco Community in the fall of 2022. Before coming here, Caleb served as an associate pastor at Grace Church in Morton, IL for 13 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. in 2007, and has been pursuing graduate studies since 2017 from Denver Seminary.

Caleb and his wife Kari were married in 2009 and have been blessed with 3 kids: Asher, Zeke, and Shalom. Caleb grew up on a farm in Northwest Ohio and enjoys riding horses, playing guitar, watching Chelsea football, and woodworking.

Apart from these things, Caleb loves Jesus, the local church, and watching God put the pieces of the gospel together in the hearts and minds of people.

Rich Andrews and his wife Lynn have been serving part-time as worship leaders here at PCC. His full-time position is at Word of Life Florida in Hudson, where he serves as the Vice President. Rich and Lynn were married in 1994 and have three adult children, Gavyn, Javen, and Lynneah.

Rich is passionate about using the gifts and talents God has given him to reach people with the gospel and help them grow in their walk with the Lord. His life verses are Proverbs 3:5, 6.
